What is the minimum age?
Entry is from 16 years of age unless an event says otherwise. A valid photo ID is required — no ID, no entry.
How do I receive my ticket?
After purchase you will receive your ticket immediately by email. Print it or show the QR code on your phone at the door.
Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, if the event is not sold out. Online tickets are always cheaper and guarantee your entry.
Can I return my ticket?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, all tickets will of course be fully refunded.
