• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number, if provided at checkout
• Payment information (transmitted directly to the payment provider)
• Optional business invoice details and marketing consent, if you choose to provide them

Purpose of processing

We use this data solely to process your ticket purchase, send your tickets and communicate with you about the event.

Payment processing — Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). Stripe processes your payment data according to its own privacy policy. More information: https://stripe.com/privacy

Cookies

Our shop uses technically necessary cookies to enable the checkout process. We do not use advertising cookies. Privacy-aware shop analytics may collect anonymous page views and, where you consent, session data.

Sharing data with third parties

We only share your data with third parties where this is necessary to fulfil the contract (for example payment processing via Stripe) or where you have given explicit consent.

Data retention

We store your data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by statutory retention periods.
