Terms of Service

Scope

These terms apply to all ticket purchases through the online shop of Usetix Club / Noe Neitzel, Am Schloßberg 5, 35510 Butzbach, Germany (the “Organizer”).

Ticket purchase

Completing checkout creates a binding purchase contract between you and the Organizer. After successful payment you will receive your ticket by email.

Prices

All prices shown are final prices. As the Organizer is a small business owner according to § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown separately.

Refunds and cancellation

Purchased tickets generally cannot be returned or cancelled. An exchange is only possible in justified exceptional cases and after prior agreement with the Organizer. Please contact noe@neitzel.org.

Event changes and cancellations

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time or venue of an event, or to cancel it in cases of force majeure. If the Organizer cancels an event entirely, the ticket price will be refunded. Further claims (for example travel or accommodation costs) are excluded.

Liability

The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where legally permitted, Butzbach.
